Basic Policy for Security of Information

CRECON Research & Consulting is aware that it is utmost important to ensure that our information assets remain secured, and aims to realize our mission to enhance corporate value by protecting the security of information assets in possession from various internal and external threats to fulfill social responsibility and operating continued and stable businesses resulting from providing our clientele with trust and assurance. CRECON Research & Consulting hereby declares that we have established, and will implement and enhance the following policy for security of information:

1. CRECON Research & Consulting collects, utilizes and provides information assets properly in compliance with the internal rules in our business development;
2. CRECON Research & Consulting takes appropriate action to prevent and/or correct, if necessary, unauthorized access to the information assets and their loss, divulgement, falsification or destruction;
3. CRECON Research & Consulting complies with the codes and other norms applicable to information security;
4. CRECON Research & Consulting assures you that our officers and all the people engaged in our business are educated and trained on and kept alert of the importance of security of information for the proper use of the information assets; and
5. CRECON Research & Consulting inspects, assesses and periodically audits compliance with the policy for security of information in an effort to keep the information intact, and will review and improve the policy for security of information on the basis thereof in a continual manner.

Policy for Protection of Personal Information:

CRECON Research & Consulting Inc. hereby declares that we have established and will implement and enhance the following policy for protection of personal information in order to comply with the codes and other norms applicable to protection of personal information acquired and held by us for use in our business:

1. CRECON Research & Consulting collects personal information using legitimate and fair means, identifies the respective purposes of the use of specific personal information, and discloses required particulars on our website;
2. CRECON Research & Consulting assures you that our officers, personnel (including employees, part-timers and dispatched temporary staff), contract vendors and all other related persons are thoroughly trained and instructed, and practice to handle personal information properly.
3. CRECON Research & Consulting takes appropriate information security measures including measures against unauthorized access and computer viruses to prevent loss, destruction, falsification and divulgement of personal information.
4. CRECON Research & Consulting fully investigates potential third parties to which we are going to outsource services that require provision of personal information, closes a contract agreement with such a third party, and takes other legally required measures.
5. CRECON Research & Consulting assures you that only personnel authorized to perform specific activities within the purposes of the use identified utilize personal information to the extent required for performance of the business.
6. CRECON Research & Consulting utilizes information on the names, etc. of officers and responsible persons of the companies to be surveyed for the purpose of providing third parties with such information.
7. CRECON Research & Consulting understands that you have the rights to disclose, correct, suspend the use of and/or delete your personal information, and will respond properly to such requests from you after we confirm that such requests are made by you.
